a question from the heart...

so do i follow what tugs at my heart, or what seems right and comfortable...i was asked this question...the answer lies in ones' heart, the conditioning covers the heart with a veil of fear

some thoughts from December 31, 2010:

• pleasure in a moment and the moment is gone
• we search for the next pleasure, and are in the next moment...the search continues into a lifetime of moments, 
• is the "I" ever satisfied, or always seeking
• Joy is an endless fountain, the source lies in sharing
• watching attachments, removing internal conflicts creates space and Joy fills the space
