the welcome on arriving in pacha mama was like the opportunity to settle in to the silence and stillness within.........even before one starts the meditation or yoga, the forest and the mountains overwhelms one to throw down all the baggage...... emotional and physical and just "be".

teaching a yoga class in CR

at SAT yoga institute i held a yoga class for 8 students............the experience was beautiful as this class was held in the large room full of energy from the daily meditation..........the yoga i offered was in line with the yoga taught by the other wonderful teacher saraswati...........the feedback was as uplifting as the feeling it invoked in me...........

Radhas' kitchen at the SAT institute which feeds the students and karma yoga volunteers is food cooked with the spirit of the soul.............

the meditation and the orientation at the institute is profound..........words and language are sometime not enough to describe an experience................this is one of those experiences........
