nourishment

watching the program on 60 minutes about "slow food" brought to mind this thought...........what if we made a commitment to ourselves to nourish both our bodies and our minds.........taking time to slow down, enjoy taking deep breaths, smelling the fragrance of the food being cooked, served and while eating............

soak in the sun and the wind as you step out the door............... a simple change in being with the moment, when we listen to someone we listen with full attention.......the talker, the conversation and the listener becomes one...........
