how fortunate to be able to sleep and wake up with a smile on the face. ...............the mind was relaxed and in a mood to align with the body.
looking out the window, the sun is shining and the trees and leaves are playing with the sunshine.......the shadows and the breeze create a natures' painting............the window has framed this moment.............i smile to myself as i remember the text exchange with my childhood friend, it is her birthday today and silently i gift this joy to her.
